This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the JMCY Official website. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services through our established local warehousing network across Southeast Asia.

1. Local Fulfillment Guarantee

To shorten delivery cycles and eliminate cross-border customs risks, JMCY Official has established local operations centers in the following countries:

  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam

All orders are fulfilled directly from the warehouse within the respective country. This ensures your package does not require international customs clearance, resulting in faster turnover and superior product integrity.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically picked, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. However, during product launches, promotional events, or peak periods, our team may require an additional 2–3 business days to ensure every order is handled with care.

Your tracking number will be updated within one business day (H+1) after shipment.

2.2 Daily Cut-off Times

Business Days: Fulfillment operations are conducted from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or local public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Thresholds

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination, with the final amount displayed in real-time on the checkout page.

3.1 Free Shipping Policy

Standard shipping fees will be automatically waived when a single order reaches the following minimum spend:

  • Malaysia: RM 80
  • Philippines: ₱1,200
  • Thailand: ฿650
  • Vietnam: ₫550,000

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

JMCY Official supports Cash on Delivery (COD) in the four countries listed above under the following terms:

  1. Identity Verification: For high-value orders or new users, we may perform a secondary confirmation via telephone or instant messaging.
  2. Payment Obligation: Customers are required to have the exact cash amount ready when the courier arrives.
  3. Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses a package without a valid reason, JMCY Official reserves the right to restrict that account’s future use of COD services and report the incident to relevant credit systems.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, the system will automatically send a tracking number to your registered email or mobile number.

  • Flash Express: For customers in Thailand and the Philippines.
  • J&T Express: For customers in Malaysia.
  • SPX Express: For customers in Vietnam.

6. Delivery Anomalies & Inspection Policy

6.1 Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. JMCY Official is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses; any re-shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

6.2 Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Outer Box Damage: Given the sensitive nature of cosmetic products, if the outer packaging is visibly crushed or damaged upon arrival, please take clear photos/videos and contact customer service immediately.
  • Package Loss: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the goods, please report this to support@jmcyofficial.com within 48 hours.

6.3 Inspection & Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package (condition, seals, quantity, and product appearance) in the presence of the delivery personnel; however, products must not be unsealed, opened, or tested prior to acceptance.

To protect your rights, customers must record a complete unboxing video immediately upon receipt. The video must be continuous, clear, and unedited, showing:

  1. The original sealed state of the package.
  2. The continuous process of opening the package without cuts or splices.
  3. A clear view of the product names and the actual quantity received.

Note: This video serves as critical evidence for logistics claims involving missing items, incorrect products, or transit damage. JMCY Official reserves the right to decline complaints related to the contents of the package if a valid unboxing video cannot be provided.

7. Governing Law

As we utilize a local fulfillment model, the delivery process is governed by the commercial laws and logistics regulations of the destination country. JMCY Official is committed to upholding customer rights in accordance with local Consumer Protection Acts.
