Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?

Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. This includes changing the delivery option, shipping address, items in the order, or payment method.

Can I combine my pending orders to qualify for free shipping?

Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we cannot combine separate orders to ship together.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update. You can also sign into your JMCY account, click orders, and then select the order number and then click “track shipment” for the most up to date information. If you need help locating this information, please reach out to support@jmcyofficial.com.

My order arrived with incorrect or missing items.

My order arrived damaged.

We’d love to help - please contact our Support Team at support@jmcyofficial.com, and make sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) in question so we can best assist you.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Why is my discount or loyalty code not applying at checkout?

All discount and loyalty codes cannot be stacked during site-wide sales. After the sale has concluded, all discount and loyalty codes will be re-activated for use.

Can I use my welcome discount more than once?

One account per person is eligible for the JMCY 10% discount. The one time use code will be emailed upon account creation. Exclusions apply including new product launches. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Failure to comply with one account per customer will result in account termination.

I forgot my account password, how can I reset it?

How can I view my order under My Account?

If you created your account using the email address you placed your order(s) under, any order can be viewed under "Order History" on your account pageIf you do not yet have an account but have placed an order with your email address, click here to create an account where you’ll be prompted to enter your information. Once you’ve created your account, any orders you’ve placed with that email address will populate under "Order History".If you are having trouble linking your order to your jmcyofficial.com account, please email our Haus Care Team at support@jmcyofficial.com for further assistance.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

You can unsubscribe from our emails via the ‘Unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of any non-transactional email we’ve sent you, or you can email our Support Team at support@jmcyofficial.com, and we can unsubscribe you from future emails. Please note that you will still receive any transactional emails related to orders placed on our site.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You may only use 1 promo or discount code per order.

Do you offer free samples or gifts?

occasionally, jmcyofficial.com will offer a gift or sample with purchase to select orders, while supplies last, availability is not guaranteed. gifts and samples will only be shipped with other purchased items and are not sold separately. e-gift cards purchases are not eligible for gifts or samples, other exclusions may apply, please see individual offer for criteria. gifts and samples are non-transferable and non-retroactive. All gifts, samples, packets, stickers, and other products or merchandise are subject to change and availability.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS text alerts to receive news on special offers.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our formulas are born in Switzerland, with globally sourced ingredients.

Are your products natural?

When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

Are your products vegan?

Yes – our products are formulated without any ingredients of animal origin.

Do you test products on animals?

JMCY Cosmetics and JMCY Skin do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.

Are the products safe for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website.

Have your products been tested by a dermatologist?

Yes, all products have been tested by a board-certified dermatologist and have passed all required safety testing.

What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

SHIPPING

How do I qualify for free shipping?

The minimum purchase amount to qualify for Free Standard Shipping varies across international countries. You can find the specific threshold for your region in the banner displayed at the top of the website when browsing from your country.Please note that the minimum purchase amount is based on the order subtotal, after any discounts have been applied to your order. Any charges related to shipping, handling, taxes or fees will not be counted toward that minimum purchase requirement.

How long will it take to process my order?

Kindly allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Please note- orders placed during holidays, promotions, new product launches and high-order volume periods may experience a delay in overall processing times.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia are typically delivered within 1–3 business days once shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for deliveries to remote areas. Note that these estimates do not include order processing time.*Orders will be delivered after dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Can I ship my order using a freight forwarding company?

We do not recommend using a freight forwarding address. If you choose to use a package forwarding company to ship your order JMCY will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not be able to offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged if we have reason to believe that they have been delivered to a package forwarding company.

Where does JMCY ship to?

We provide domestic delivery services throughout Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. For additional information, please refer to our 'Delivery Information' page.

My order says it was delivered, but I never received it!

If your order hasn’t reached you and it has been more than one (1) business day since tracking information indicates it was delivered, please email our Support Team at support@jmcyofficial.com for further assistance.

Shipping Disruptions

Packages undeliverable by UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What currency do you accept?

We will settle your order in the local currency of the country you selected. Therefore, please ensure that the country you select when you enter the website is your current country or your destination shipping country. If your order cannot be checked out or your goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect country selection or address, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Will duties and taxes be included at checkout?

Yes, duties and taxes has already been included in the order price, so you can shop with confidence.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

If you are interested in changing your address after your order has been placed, please reach out to support@jmcyofficial.com and we will be glad to assist you!

I wasn’t around when they delivered to my address. How many delivery attempts do you make?

Our couriers can make up to two (2) delivery attempts per order. The logistics provider responsible for delivering your order will reach out to you first before making another attempt at delivery.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Just message us at support@jmcyofficial.com so we can assist you. Please ensure to provide supporting proof or images to confirm the item/s delivered to you.

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. Eligible cases include:

● Incorrect or wrong orders

● Damaged items

● Known product issues (if applicable)

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges for orders made through our website. We only offer returns/refunds for eligible cases.

Can I request a return/refund for in-store purchases?

No. Returns and refunds are only available for purchases made on our website. For items bought in physical stores, please refer to that store’s individual return/exchange policy.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 7-15 business days, depending on your card provider or financial institution.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged products?

If you received an incorrect item, please request a return or refund through our website using your order number and account details.
