1. Timeframe for Returns

  • Return Request Notification: Within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Return Shipment to Warehouse: Products must be returned to the JMCY warehouse within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please note: JMCY will be unable to process any returns or exchanges after these deadlines.

2. How to Return a Product

Customers are requested to return products via mail or courier to the address provided by our team. When returning an item, please ensure:
  • The product is securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • All accessories and promotional gifts (if applicable) are included.
  • The product is undamaged and unused (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect).

3. Shipping Fees & Processing

  • JMCY Errors: If the return is due to an error on our part (missing items, incorrect items, or defective products), JMCY will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.

4. Exchanges

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date JMCY receives the returned product in valid condition.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon with the customer.
